Please be advised that Glasgow City Council’s Planning Portal is now available, and due to issues experienced the deadline for submissions has been extended to Wednesday 14th October.
Two applications, two decisions:
- 26/01923/LBA (listed building consent): decided only on the harm to the listed wall and cemetery. Comments close Wednesday 14th October.
- 26/01922/FUL (planning permission): decided on the wider planning issues, including safety, anti-social behaviour, the route, alternatives such as Ark Lane, and the effect on the conservation area and the memorials. Comments close Friday 30 October.
It is very important that that any submission covers both applications:
- Anyone who has already sent their submission: send one line email to planning.representations@glasgow.gov.uk:
“Please also treat my objection to 26/01923/LBA, dated [date], as an objection to the related planning application 26/01922/FUL, on all the same grounds.”
Include your name and postal address. - Anyone who hasn’t objected yet and is still planning to do so: Please quote both references: 26/01923/LBA and 26/01922/FUL, noting your objection is for both 26/01923/LBA and 26/01922/FUL, as both are for the same matter and you are objecting all the same grounds for both.
Anyone who wishes to object separately to 26/01922/FUL is of course welcome to do so and the closing date for this one on its own, this has a closing date of 30th October.
