A future for Glasgow's past
Welcome to the online home of The Friends of Glasgow Necropolis, which was launched on June 22nd 2005 at the Merchants' House in Glasgow. We have set up this website to be a focus for developing the public's interest in this fascinating Victorian garden cemetery adjacent to Glasgow Cathedral. We are always looking for new information to add to the site and if you can contribute to the information We are particularly keen to hear from descendants of the 'incumbents' that can provide profiles of those buried here.
